Understanding the Cost Differences
When you are budgeting for your session, keep in mind that the location affects the final price.
Outdoor Sessions: These typically only include the session fee itself, though some specific locations like the Neon Museum or State Parks require their own separate permit fees.
Studio Sessions: These include my creative fee plus the cost of the room rental. In Las Vegas, you can expect to pay between $85 and $125 per hour for studio space. Places like The Gathering Place or White Space LV are premium investments because they provide a private, high-end environment and professional amenities that make the session go much smoother.
If you're unsure, I always help clients choose based on:
- Time of year (summer = studio or sunrise)
- Session type
- Personal style
In the peak of summer, I will almost always steer you toward a studio or a very early sunrise session in to ensure everyone stays happy and hydrated.
